La partenza è prevista a Cagliari e l'arrivo a Palermo, dopo aver percorso 600 km in Sardegna e 600 km in Sicilia ed aver attraversato il Mediterraneo su una grande nave della Tirrenia (una sorta di crociera con partenza da Cagliari al tramonto e arrivo a Palermo di prima mattina).
Si tratta di una esperienza inedita per i randonneurs che, oltre a conseguire il Brevetto di 1200 km, valevole per l'Italia del Grand Tour e come prova del Campionato Italiano ARI, potranno qualificarsi anche alla PBP 2019 con due brevetti ACP da 600 km (uno dei quali sostituirà il brevetto da 400 km). Il tutto con largo anticipo rispetto alla data della PBP che si svolgerà ad agosto.
Siate pronti per la pre-iscrizione perchè, per esigenze logistiche (crociera in nave + pernottamenti in strutture attrezzate), il numero massimo di partecipanti è fissato a 200.

From 1 November 2018 the pre-registrations will be open to the 6 + 6 ISLANDS - Randonnée of the Mediterranean, the fourth round of the Circuit the ITALY OF THE GRAND TOUR which will take place from 24 to 28 April 2019. The departure is scheduled in Cagliari and the arrival in Palermo, after traveling 600 km in Sardinia and 600 km in Sicily and having crossed the Mediterranean on a large ship of Tirrenia (a sort of cruise departing from Cagliari at sunset and arrival at Palermo in the early morning). This is an unprecedented experience for the randonneurs who, in addition to obtaining the 1200 km patent, valid for the Italy of the Grand Tour and for the Italian ARI Championship, will also qualify for the 2019 PBP with two 600 km ACP patents (one of which will replace the 400 km patent). All this well in advance of the PBP date that will take place in August. Be ready for pre-registration because, for logistical needs (cruise on the ship + overnight stays in equipped facilities), the maximum number of participants is set at 200.
